Hello welcome back to my page if this is your first time visiting welcome todays post is going to be going over some questions that pertain to my life choice memoir which will be uploaded at a later time . before we start on the questions I'm going to leave a short video about reflective writing here's a link to help you understand Reflective Writing.
Who did you work with to compose your life-choice memoir? Was this a good approach? I didn't work with anybody I was to embarrassed this is the first time talking about this topic . iv been pretty much alone when it came to this topic . I believe my approach could of been better but at the time I felt so alone so by bottling it up it gave the illusion that I fine but I was crumbling on the inside.

Hello my name Sharmayne Williams and on this blog post I have chosen three Quotes from different authors and also some of my own hope you enjoy.
QUOTE1 He doesn't test his words by a rule book, but by life. He uses language to reveal the truth to himself so that he can tell it to others. (DON MURRAY) QUOTE2 When you are talking he isn't writing. And you don't learn the process by talking about it, but by doing it. Next by placing the opportunity for discovery in your students hands. when you give him an assignment you tell him what to say and how to say it, and thereby cheat your student of the opportunity to learn the process of discovery we call learning (DON MURRAY) QUOTE3 There are no rules, no absolutes, just alternatives. What works one time may not another. ALL Writing is experimental. (DON MURRAY) QUOTE4 When you ask god into your life, you think he or she is going to come into your psychic house, look around, and see that you need just a new floor or better furniture and that everything needs just a little cleaning- and so you go along for the first six months thinking how nice life is now that god is there. then you look out the window one day and see that there's a wrecking ball outside. it turns out got actually thinks your whole foundation is shot and your going to have to start over from scratch. (MARIANNE WILLIAMSON) QUOTE5 The truth is a hard apple to catch and it is a hard apple to throw. I know what a painful feeling it is when you've been working on something forever, and it feels done, and you give your story to someone you hope will validate this and that person tells you it still needs more work. (DONALD BARTHELME'S) QUOTE6 Writing a novel is like driving a car at night. you can see only as far as your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way". You don't have to see where you are going, you don't have to see your destination or everything you will pass along the way. You just have to see two or three feet ahead of you (E.L DOCTOROW) QUOTE7 In an unmoored life like mine, sleep and hunger and work arrange themselves to suit themselves, without consulting me. I'm just as glade they haven't consulted me about the tiresome details. (KURT VONNEGUT) QUOTE8 I write in the morning and then go home about midday and take a shower, because writing, as you know, is very hard work, so you have to do a double ablution. then I go out and shop -I'm a serious cook- and pretend to be normal. I play sane - Good morning! Fine, thank you. And you. And I go home (MAYA ANGELOU) QUOTE9 A writer who waits for ideal conditions under which to work will die without putting a word on paper. (E.B WHITE) and now I will provide three of my own QUOTES QUOTE1 There is no such thing as perfection so just find somewhere to start and see where it takes you. (SHARMAYNE WILLIAMS) QUOTE2 Take your time clear your head and relax the biggest regrets come from overthinking. (SHARMAYNE WILLIAMS) QUOTE3 There's always going to be negative comments, you are you biggest critic so just remember to cut yourself some slack (SHARMAYNE WILLIAMS) |
